  • 1 cup water
  • 20 oz vegetable oil

    Step 1
  • Lay egg roll wrappers flat with point to the top of your work space.
  • Step 2
  • Using a tablespoon, add tomato sauce across wrapper. Top with a heavy dash of oregano.
  • Step 3
  • Layer about 5-6 pieces of pepperoni and other toppings of your choice.
  • Step 4
  • Top with cheeses. TIP: Remember, less is more in your egg rolls. Too much will make it hard to roll and cook.

  • Ready to roll? Fold bottom corner over ingredients.

  • Next fold sides in toward the center.

  • Brush top corner with a small amount of water. This will seal your egg roll. Now, roll from bottom to top.

  • Let's fry that baby! Oil should be preheated on medium heat in a small pot. Egg rolls will be cooked fully when edges start to turn a light brown. (about 2-3 minutes)
