Ingredients: Pizza pockets

  • 1 1/2 cups self rasing flour
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 300 grams greek yoghurt, plain
  • 1/2 tin pineapple chunks
  • 75 grams shaved ham, chopped
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup pizza cheese
  • 1/2 tsp table salt

How to Make Pizza pockets

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Pizza pockets in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Sift both flours and salt in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Step 2
  • Make a well in the centre.
  • Step 3
  • Add greek yoghurt. Stir with a wooden spoon until a dough is formed.
  • Step 4
  • Turn out onto a floured bench or board. Knead until all dough comes together.
  • Step 5
  • Cut into 4 portions. Roll out into 20cm circles.
  • Step 6
  • Spread tomato paste onto each circle. Top with toppings of choice or the ingredients in the list. Finish off with cheese.
  • Step 7
  • Fold over and pinch dough to hold in fillings.
  • Step 8
  • Heat a grill grove pan over medium heat.
  • Step 9
  • Place pizza pockets onto grill. Push down with firm hand. Cook 2mins on each side.
  • Step 10
  • Serve with salsa, salad or fried rice.
