  • FILLING OPTIONAL
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 tbsp green pepper or capet
  • 3 salami or smoked sausage or any optional

  • Toast bread
  • Step 2
  • in pan brown onion and sausage till brown and cooked then set aside
  • Step 3
  • mix green pepper and cooked sausage then put 2 tbsp of pizza sauce on the toasted bread top shreded cheese

  • broil it till cheese melted
  • Step 5
  • Optional cover top with foil and bake till cheese are melted
