  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage ( I used regular Jimmy Dean )
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 pkg. pepperonis, sliced in half
  • 1 small can black olives, drained
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

How to Make Pizza Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Pizza Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large pot, brown hamburger and Italian sausage. Drain and return to pot.
  • Step 2
  • Add in all remaining ingredients.
  • Step 3
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • You can add a bit of parmesan cheese or mozzarella cheese on top of your bowl of soup if desired. Enjoy!
