  • 1 envelope active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • liquid
  • 1 1/4 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 1/4 cup olive oil

How to Make Pizza

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Pizza in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add yeast to lukewarm water (110'). Sprinkle sugar over mixture. Let sit for 5-10 minutes or until yeast starts to foam
  • Step 2
  • Place flour and salt in a large mixing bowl and add water,yeast mixture and mix until you form a dough ball.
  • Step 3
  • Knead dough for 10 minutes, shape into ball and put into a oiled bowl and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
  • Step 4
  • Cut dough in half. Roll out on floured surface until you reach desired thickness and shape. Add sauce and cheese. Add any other ingredients you want.
  • Step 5
  • Preheat oven to 500'. Bake for 10-15 minutes on a pizza stone.
