  • 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt

    Step 1
  • mixed all dry ingredients together, except salt
  • Step 2
  • mixed all wet ingredients together, slowly mixes to dry ingredients
  • Step 3
  • add salt and hand kneed in big bowl for 15 mins. or machine kneed for 12 mins.
  • Step 4
  • let it rise for 30 mins
  • Step 5
  • re shape the dough unto backing pan
  • Step 6
  • let it rise for 45 mins.
  • Step 7
  • cover backing pan with foil, bake in oven for 45-50 mins. at 220°F
