  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesian cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup day old italian bread,cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp dry parsley flakes
  • 5 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp brown mustard
  • 1 tbsp salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Polish mom's Italian meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl soak bread with milk. Let sit 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • In same bowl combine all other ingredients except for tomato paste and oil. Mix well
  • Step 4
  • On a parchment paper lined roasting pan, form six individual meatloafs.
  • Step 5
  • Cook meatloaves for 15 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Mix tomato paste and oil in small bowl. Remove meatloaves and brush with paste mixture.
  • Step 7
  • Place meatloaves back in oven andcook an additional 25 minutes.
  • Step 8
  • MAKE SURE THE MINI LOAVES YOU MAKE ARE OF THE SAME SIZE TO ENSURE EVEN COOKING OF EACH.
