  • 300 grams macaroni
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 400 grams polony
  • 1 cup mozarella or cheddar cheese
  • 3 ripe tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

    Step 1
  • Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain and spoon into greased ovenproof dish. Mix in grated cheese.
  • Step 2
  • Beat together the cream and eggs, season to taste, and pour over pasta.

  • In a saucepan, combine the tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, onion and herbs. Cook until slightly thickened.

  • Bake 180°C until bubbling and golden for approximately 35 minutes or until set.
  • Step 6
  • Serve hot with a salad.
