  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • filling/spread
  • 4 oz cream cheese(softened)
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar/powdered
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

How to Make pop-overs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make pop-overs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 450°F (230 degrees C). Grease and flour six 6-ounce custard cups, or cupcake pans.
  • Step 2
  • In a medium bowl beat eggs slightly, Beat in flour, milk and salt until just smooth; being careful not to overbeat. Fill custard cups 1/2 full.
  • Step 3
  • Bake at 450°F (230 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Decrease oven temperature to 350°F (175 degrees C) and bake for 20 minutes more.
  • Step 4
  • Immediately remove from cups and serve piping hot. I make these all the time. so I know you'll love these as much as I do :). I usually eat them all in one day. haha yes I know that's horrible..
