  • 1/2 cup raw long grain rice
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or water

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven 375°. Combine the ground beef, bread, crumbs, egg, herb seasoning, rice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well

  • Place into casserole dish
  • Step 4
  • Combine the tomato sauce and broth together. You can add a bit of rice if you want to. Pour over meatballs. Cover
