Ingredients: Portabello Pizza

  • 1 tsp Of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 14 oz Of Ragu Pizza Sauce
  • 2 clove Of Garlic
  • 1 pinch Of Salt
  • 4 large Portabello Mushrooms
  • 1 packages Of Mozzarella

How to Make Portabello Pizza

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Portabello Pizza in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat up the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  • Step 2
  • Chop up the onion into small pieces and add it to the pan and stir until it's slightly brown.
  • Step 3
  • Then dice up the garlic cloves and add them to the pan and saute with the pizza sauce.
  • Step 4
  • Add a pinch of salt and stir until thick then preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Step 5
  • Spray olive oil on a baking sheet and place the portabello mushrooms with (stems removed and inside cleaned out) empty side up, place mushrooms in oven for 10min.
  • Step 6
  • Remove from oven, add the mixed ingredients from the sauce pan into each mushroom then top with cheese and place back in oven 5 to 15min.
  • Step 7
  • Cheese should be Melted and you should be able to stick the tip of a knife in and out of the side of the mushrooms with no resistance.
