  • 16 oz artificial Crab meat
  • 1/2 Green pepper
  • 2 bunch Green onions
  • 3 Japeleno peppers (or to taste)
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp each, garlic powder, salt, pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Olive oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Portabello Poppers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Clean mushrooms and pull out stem. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Process onions, peppers and crab to mince.
  • Step 3
  • Combine all of ingredients except parm cheese and oil.
  • Step 4
  • Stuff caps fully and place in large baking pan. Sprinkle with parm. Drizzle with oil.
  • Step 5
  • Bake 400° for 35 mins.
