  • 4 Portobella mushroom caps
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 Leek
  • 1 Yellow Squash
  • 4 clove chopped garlic
  • 6 Roma tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil
  • 1/2 cup Fresh grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 Lemon

How to Make Portobella Pizza

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Portobella Pizza in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 400°
  • Step 2
  • Chop all ingredients other than portobella
  • Step 3
  • Saute onions in olive oil til they start turning brown
  • Step 4
  • Add leeks, squash, and garlic and saute 5 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Add tomatoes saute another 2 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Add basil, stir ingredients, and squeeze lemon over mixture. Saute another 2 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • Optional: add salt, pepper, and/or a bit of sugar to mixture
  • Step 8
  • Spoon mixture into mushrooms
  • Step 9
  • Bake on 400° for 10 minutes.
  • Step 10
  • Top off with cheese, sprinkle with parsley, and return to oven for 5 min or until cheese melts/ turns brown
