  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup onion chopped very small
  • 1 tbsp garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 each large egg
  • 1 cup Portuguese Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp butter

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Portuguese cheese Italian sausage and pork meatballs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400°. In a small pan heat up butter and brown onions. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl add onions and mix very well so all flavors blend.
  • Step 2
  • Place foil around baking sheet, shape meatballs and place on baking sheet ( I usually make mine small so my little one will easily eat them) bake for 30-40 minutes depending on size of meatball.
