  • 3 cup chicken broth (24 oz)
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Step 1
  • Place potatoes, carrots, onion, broth and salt in crockpot slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or high 3 to 3.5 hours or until vegetables are tender
  • Step 2
  • Stir in half and half and pepper. Cover. Cook on HIGH 15 minutes. Turn off heat and remove cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted.
  • Step 3
  • Top with crumbled cooked bacon
