  • 120 ml ☆Water (to mix with the egg)
  • For the filling:
  • 1 large Potato
  • 2 slice Sliced cheese
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Mayonnaise
  • 1 Parsley (optional)
  • 1/2 Egg (for finishing)

How to Make Potato Cheese Bread

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Potato Cheese Bread in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put the ☆ ingredients into the bread maker and prepare the dough.
  • Step 2
  • When the first rising is done, divide into 6 pieces, cover with a damp towel, and let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • While you wait, peel the potato and cut into eighths. Put in a heatproof bowl, lightly wrap with plastic, and microwave until softened.
  • Step 4
  • Once heated, gently pat dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Cut the cheese slices into fourths to make 8 pieces.
  • Step 5
  • When the 10 minutes are up, roll out the dough and wrap up a slice of cheese and piece of potato in each piece of dough. Close the gaps well and let rise (second rising) at 40°C for 35 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • When the second rising is finished, brush the egg over the top and use kitchen scissors to cut a deep cross on the top of the dough balls. Top with mayonnaise and parsley to taste.
  • Step 7
  • Bake in an oven heated to 180°C for 15~20 minutes and enjoy!
