Ingredients: Potato-Deviled Eggs

  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 large Potato- Boiled
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese- Softened
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 each teaspoon of Oregano, Paprika and dried Rosemary

How to Make Potato-Deviled Eggs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Potato-Deviled Eggs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the eggs in halves and remove the yolk. Set the egg whites aside
  • Step 2
  • Mash the boiled potato with the egg yolk and mix thoroughly till you get a firm dough-like texture
  • Step 3
  • Now add salt, pepper, oregano, paprika and softened butter and cream cheese to the potato mix.
  • Step 4
  • Check the dough. If the dough is too soft, add a pinch of bread crumbs. If it's too dry, add cream cheese.
  • Step 5
  • Next, taste your dough. Adjust the taste according to your liking.
  • Step 6
  • Roll out small balls of the ball (small enough to fit in the egg white wholes) and place them on the egg whites.
  • Step 7
  • Sprinkle some Rosemary and Olive Oil on top and you are good to go! Enjoy!
