  • 2 tbsp ☆ Mirin
  • 1 tbsp ☆Sake
  • 1 tbsp ☆ Sugar
  • 1 Shichimi spice

How to Make Potato, Onion and Egg Rice Bowl

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Potato, Onion and Egg Rice Bowl in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Thinly slice the onion. Peel the skin of the potato and slice into 5x5 mm matchsticks. Submerge the potatoes in water and strain using a colander.

  • In a pot, heat water, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar.
