If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Potato Parmesan Balls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash and peel the potatoes and take out any eyes. Wrap in plastic wrap and microwave for 4 to 5 minutes at 700 W, until a skewer goes through them easily.
  • Step 2
  • Put the butter in a small microwave-safe container and microwave for 40 seconds at 500 W without a cover. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well.
  • Step 3
  • Put the cooked soft potatoes in a separate bowl and mash with a masher. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Step 4
  • Divide the mixture into 6 portions and roll into balls. If it's too dry and hard to form, mix in a little milk before forming the balls.
  • Step 5
  • Put the potato balls in the bowl with the melted butter and cheese. Roll the balls in the mixture to coat them with butter and cheese.
  • Step 6
  • Put the butter-cheese potato balls on a baking sheet lined with kitchen parchment paper. Bake in a toaster oven for 7 to 8 minutes (800 W).
  • Step 7
  • When they are lightly browned they are done. Transfer to a serving plate, and sprinkle with some parsley.
