  • 30 count Gyoza skins
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 Red chili pepper
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin, turmeric (optional)

How to Make Potato Samosas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Potato Samosas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the potatoes into small pieces and boil. Finely chop the rest of the vegetables.
  • Step 2
  • Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, and sauté the ginger and the onion.
  • Step 3
  • Add the potatoes, curry powder, turmeric, cumin, salt, pepper, and the red chili pepper into the skillet from Step 2 and sauté well. Add the garam masala and remove the skillet from heat.
  • Step 4
  • Wrap the sautéed mixture with the gyoza skins and deep-fry.
