  • 5 red potatos - chopped
  • 1 red pepper - diced
  • 1 onion - diced
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp - margerine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 packages corn bread stuffing
  • 1/4 cup freshly cut parsley

How to Make Potato Stuffing

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Potato Stuffing in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a medium pot bring 3 cups water to a boil, add corn bread stuffing, stir and let sit for 5 mins.
  • Step 2
  • in a mediun sauce pan at high heat, add olive oil, potatoes, red pepper, onion, salt and pepper stir fry for 10 minutes
  • Step 3
  • preheat oven to 400F, in a medium casserole pan coat with margerine, add vegetables, then top vegetables with corn bread stuffing, sprinkle with parsley and place in oven for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown, take out and let cool for 5 minutes and then serve
