  • 1 rice
  • 1 packages prawn
  • 1 sliced ham
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can sweetcorn
  • 1 1/2 dash Termeric

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Prawn fried rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • boil rice as instructed on packet
  • Step 2
  • once boiled set aside. heat a large sauce pan and place a table spoon of butter so that it melts
  • Step 3
  • place ham, sweetcorn, peas and prawn for 5-10 mins and then add the rice. stir well
  • Step 4
  • add termeric and stir until all the rice is yellow and cook for another 5 minutes
  • Step 5
  • (optional) in another bowl crack open an egg and whisk it with a fork and then add with the ham, sweercorn, peas and prawn and stir well.
