  • 1 medium Egg
  • 1 pinch Baking Powder
  • 1 Milk (Semi or Whole)
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (any flavour)
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil or Olive Oil

How to Make Protein Pancakes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Protein Pancakes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oil in frying pan over a low to medium heat
  • Step 2
  • Mix all other ingredients with a hand mixer
  • Step 3
  • Add milk gradually to desired consistency
  • Step 4
  • Pour mix into frying pan and fry for 1-2 minutes each side
  • Step 5
  • Top with whatever u fancy, honey, fruit, chocolate sauce if u r feeling naughty!
  • Step 6
  • I have protein powder every morning as part of a low carb diet. Having these pancakes makes a nice change. Enjoy! :-)
