  • 300 grams all-purpose flour
  • 15 grams baking powder
  • 7 grams salt
  • 70 grams unsalted butter
  • 180 ml whole milk

    Step 1
  • Pre-heat the oven at 210C. Sift the flour and add the baking powder and the salt. Cut the butter in dices and add. Mix the herbs with the milk.
  • Step 2

  • Add the milk and knead it until it doesn't stick to your hands anymore. Make balls a bit smaller than a tennis ball and set them in a tray (with non-stick paper). Paint them with egg. In around 20 minutes they should be ready. (Let them cool before serving)
