  • 12 Spanish olives
  • 1 shredded mozzarella cheese

    Step 1
  • Put adobo on both sides of the ground meat.
  • Step 2
  • Heat up 2 tablespoons of olive oil and put the 2 cubes of sofrito to sautee. When its sauteed add the meat.

  • When the plantains are done inside the opening add the meat and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and bake in broil for about 3 min until the cheese melts.
