  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • egg wash
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream

  • Wash and dry the blueberries.

  • Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet in a preheated 425°F fahrenheit oven for 20-25 minutes.
