  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 15 oz Can Pumpkin
  • 1 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 can Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 Crisco

How to Make Pumpkin Bars

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Pumpkin Bars in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350. With an electric mixer, mix together the first 4 ingredients (eggs, oil, pumpkin, sugar) until creamy and smooth.
  • Step 2
  • Slowly add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and mix until all ingredients are combined evenly.
  • Step 3
  • Grease 9x13 pan and pour batter into pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Test with toothpick to determine if it is done.
  • Step 4
  • Let cool before frosting.
