Ingredients: Pumpkin Cheeseballs

  • 350 grams pumpkin ,grated
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese,grated
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 1 carrots grated ,option
  • 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

How to Make Pumpkin Cheeseballs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Pumpkin Cheeseballs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Grated pumpkin,optional to mix little carrots for color ,3mins blanch ,cool in runny water,drain ,use your hand or ask someone's hand to squeeze out liquid hahahha ,add in mixing bowl
  • Step 2
  • In mixing bowl add all ingredients ,except bread crumbs,mix well
  • Step 3
  • Form to golf ball size ( i got 12 balls ) , cover with bread crumbs ,refrigerate until set ,at least 2 hours
  • Step 4
  • Deep fry in hot oil ( i do on deep fryer 80 c) until golden , when you see some cheese melt out and it turn golden ..that is it :)
  • Step 5
  • Serve melted pumpkin cheeseballs with the mixture of thai sweet chilli sauce and plum sauce or any sauce you like
