  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can Pumpkin puree (15 oz.)
  • 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

    Step 1
  • Whisk dry ingredients - minus sugars
  • Step 2
  • Use large bowl, mix sugars with wet ingredients
  • Step 3
  • Slowly add dry mix to wet mix. Do not oversize, just until moistened
  • Step 4
  • Preheat griddle and grease (med-med. low heat)
  • Step 5
  • Pour batter and cook about 2 min on each side. Serve! :-)
