  • 2 sheets Frozen puff pastry
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Wiener sausages
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1/2 bunch Spinach
  • 1 Potato
  • 4 Cherry tomatoes
  • 20 grams Pizza cheese
  • 1 Salt and pepper

How to Make Quiche with Frozen Puff Pastry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Quiche with Frozen Puff Pastry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Prep: Cut the ingredients for the filling into bite-size pieces. Blanch the spinach and potato (you could use a microwave oven). Bring the frozen pastry to room temperature.
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, pizza cheese, salt and pepper. When the blanched vegetables have cooled enough, add to the bowl.
  • Step 3
  • Saute the sausages and onions in a pan and cool to room temperature. Add to the bowl (Step 2) and combine well.
  • Step 4
  • Roll out the puff pastry. Line the crusts side by side on a tart pan and press into the bottom and the sides. Poke holes with a fork and pour in the filling mixture and top with cherry tomatoes.
  • Step 5
  • Bake in a 390°F/200℃ oven for about 25 minutes and it's done.
  • Step 6
  • Enjoy your piping-hot, just-baked quiche!
