  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp Sugar

  • Lay a piece of cling film. Slice the sponge cake in half and place them on the cling film as shown in the photo.

  • Spread the whipped heavy cream on Step 10 and roll them up.
  • Step 12
  • Rest the roll cake in the fridge.
  • Step 13
  • It's done!
