  • Base
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch salt
  • Filling
  • 2 cooked chicken breast
  • 1 can mushroom
  • 1 cheese (as much as you want)
  • 1 pizza sauce (as much as you want)

How to Make Quick calzone

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Quick calzone in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix the yeast with the warm water and wait 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl mix the flour and salt.
  • Step 3
  • Mix the water with the oil and put it in the dry mixture.
  • Step 4
  • Knead everithing for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour in a warm place.
  • Step 6
  • Divide the dough in 3 pieces and rool each piece in a circle.
  • Step 7
  • Fill half of a circle with your filling (you can use a lot more filling or totaly diffrent fillings from mine).
  • Step 8
  • Fold the other half and crease the edge. Make two holes at the top.
  • Step 9
  • Put the calzone on the tray and in the praheated oven to 200°C for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Step 10
  • Let it cool and enjoy.
