  • 2 cup Cold white rice
  • 2 cup chopped sausage
  • 1 crushed garlic
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion small or half large onion
  • 2 eggs (you can use one)
  • 1 onion powder
  • 1/2 cup peas and carrots
  • 1 1/2 tbsp teriyaki sauce

How to Make Quick Fried Rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Quick Fried Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook rice as directed then place in refrigerator for an hour or more.
  • Step 2
  • Cook sausage drain and set to the side.
  • Step 3
  • Cook onions, peas & carrots (your choice of vegetables). Add meat and rice. Scramble egg and add seasonings mix well. ENJOY! !
