  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1/4 lemon juice

How to Make Quick Salsa

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Quick Salsa in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop the garlic and the onion really thin. Put some generous serving of salt and mix them with a spoon. The salt will make them turn soft.
  • Step 2
  • Add all the herbs and seasoning you think will work. I recommend basil or oregano, pepper, chilli if you have it.
  • Step 3
  • Chop the tomatoes into small chunks and add to the onion garlic mixture. Squeeze some lemon or lime juice to taste.
  • Step 4
  • Serve and enjoy as a snack. I would recommend serving as a dip with baked tortilla chips or any baked cruncky vegetable, I served it wih gluten free toast and Norwegian bread.
