  • 1/2 tsp ☆Sugar
  • 1 ☆Black pepper
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Sesame oil (for finishing)
  • 1 Hot cooked white rice
  • Fried Egg
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Olive oil or vegetable oil

How to Make Quick Spicy Ground Beef with Holy Basil and Shio-koji Soboro

    Step 1
  • Dice the onion and green and red peppers into 8-mm pieces. Get the frozen shio-koji soboro, ☆ seasonings and basil ready.
