  • 100 grams Water
  • 1/2 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 50 grams Water
  • 1 Salt and pepper

How to Make Quick Stir-Fried Atsuage and Bok Choy

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Quick Stir-Fried Atsuage and Bok Choy in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pour boiling water over the atsuage, drain well, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 2
  • Rinse the bok choy really well and cut into bite-sized pieces as well.
