  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • bunch long green beans
  • piece red pepper
  • 1 ginger cut up into small units
  • 4 almonds

How to Make Quinoa Stir-fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Quinoa Stir-fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook quinoa according to package directions and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Cut up carrots length wise and chop the rest of the vegetables up.
  • Step 3
  • Add a dash of olive oil to a frying pan and add the ginger, carrots and green beans.
  • Step 4
  • Leave for 5 minutes and add the mushrooms and red pepper. Add salt and pepper. Add the chopped almonds. Leave for 10minutes on low heat.
  • Step 5
  • When the carrots have softened add the quinoa. Cook for another 10 minutes and serve.
