  • 2 eggs

  • 1 carrot diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1/2 cup mushroom diced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • Fry sausages till almost cooked then rest on paper towel to soak and cool
