  • Mix well until the colors are evenly distributed.
  • Step 15
  • Line muffin pan with muffin cups.
  • Step 16
  • Starting with purple, spoon batter evenly into each of the muffin cups.
  • Step 17
  • Spreading slightly, continue layering colors.
  • Step 18
  • After purple, layer blue, green, yellow, orange, and red.
  • Step 19
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 400°F.
  • Step 20
  • Top with your favorite frosting (I use a white frosting to make the colors stand out more).
