  • 1/2 lb Thin steak meat (cut into tiny pieces)
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper ( cut into thin lenthwise pieces)
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper (cut into thin lenthwise pieces)
  • 1 Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 dash Garlic powder
  • 1 dash Onion powder

How to Make Randi's Beef & Pepper's

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Randi's Beef & Pepper's in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Marinate beef in your desired amout of soy sauce & the 2 tbls of beef boullion for 15 min to a couple hours.
  • Step 2
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry up the meat till there's no pink left , add your cut up bell pepper's & cook some more.
  • Step 3
  • Season with black pepper, garlic & onion powder, then simmer till beef & peppers are done to your liking.
  • Step 4
  • Feel free to add onions, mushrooms, & other seasonings if you would like, there are lots of ways to play around with this recipe, this is just my quick and easy version :) Also you can sprinkle lime juice & cilantro on top and serve with corn tortilla's...enjoy :)
