  • 1 cup Dry milk powder
  • 1 tbsp All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 liter Liquid milk
  • 1 cup Sugar

How to Make Rasmalai

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Rasmalai in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Take 1 saute pan and put the liquid milk and sugar in it at medium heat. 
  • Step 2
  • Take another bowl and mix all the ingredients except the liquid milk and make small balls from the ingredients and put it in the boiling milk and keep stirring it.
  • Step 3
  • After half hour the dish will be ready. 
  • Step 4
  • Add almond and pistachio if you like.
