  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • Filling
  • 1 2 lb container ricotta

  • 1/2 cup grated romando cheese
  • 1 dried parsley

How to Make Ravioli's

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Ravioli's in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Make a well with the flour and salt.
  • Step 2
  • Putt eggs and water in the middle.
  • Step 3
  • Mix gradually, starting from the inside of the well to the outside. Add flour if necessary so dough is not sticky.
  • Step 4
  • Cover with bowl and let rest for 1 hour.
  • Step 5
  • Roll out to about 1/8 inch thick, Cut into squares or circles.
  • Step 6
  • Filling, mix ricotta, eggs, romano cheese and parsley.
  • Step 7
  • Fill raviolis with 1 tsp filling, fork edges.
  • Step 8
  • Freeze or put into boiling water. When they float they are done.
