  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pinch red chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Ganache: place chocolates, cinnamon and redflakes into a bowl. Heat your cream to a quick simmer.pour over chocolates let sit for 1 minute before you whisk together.
