  • 2 can low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp McCormick wortshire seasoning
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 3 zucchini
  • 2 cup Ditalini pasta
  • 1 packages diced pancheta
  • 1/2 a small package of ground beef
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 can white beans

How to Make RayRay's Minestone Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make RayRay's Minestone Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Start by cooking the ground beef in a seperate pot and drain oil when done.set aside
  • Step 2
  • Add olive oil & pancheta,diced onion and garlic to stock pot. Cook on med heat till your pancheta gets a golden brown color.
  • Step 3
  • Now add your tomato paste, chicken stock and water.Add your diced veggies and all your seasonings bring to a boil.
  • Step 4
  • Check your veggies after 8 minutes or so.Now your ready to taste for seasoning add what ever else think you'll need.
  • Step 5
  • once the seasoning are to your satisfaction add your pasta still cooking on a med-high heat cook for 8 minutes stirring constantly, after your 8 minutes add ground beef.
  • Step 6
  • last step rinse and drain beans add to soup.
  • Step 7
  • cook another 3 minutes & your ready to serve.ENJOY!!
  • Step 8
  • I top with fresh grated parm cheese.
