  • 1 Egg
  • 1 half of one Red bell pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp *Mayonnaise
  • 3 to 4 drops *Tabasco sauce
  • 2 slice White bread (from a 5 or 6 pack)

How to Make Red Bell Pepper and Egg Sandwich

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Red Bell Pepper and Egg Sandwich in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil some water in a pot. Drop in the egg and let it boil on low heat for 10 minutes, then place in cold water to cool.
  • Step 2
  • Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper and chop into 1 cm chunks. Mix in a pinch of salt and let sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavor.
  • Step 3
  • Peel the boiled egg and separate the yolk and white. Chop the white into small pieces with a fork. (It's easier than using a knife.)
  • Step 4
  • Wrap the bell peppers from Step 2 in a paper towel to thoroughly drain.
  • Step 5
  • Mix together the egg, bell pepper, and * ingredients in a bowl. (The egg yolk will break up on its own as you mix.)
  • Step 6
  • Cut the bread slices in half and then cut the inside to create a pouch. Stuff with the mixture from Step 5 and enjoy!
