  • Red skin potato salad
  • 10 medium Red Skin Potatoes Cubed
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped Finely
  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Duke's Mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch
  • 3 tbsp Dill
  • 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 Salt & Pepper to taste (remember Ranch mixture is seasoned already)

How to Make Red Skin Potato Salad

  • Boil diced potatoes with skin on for approximately 10 minutes or until fork tinder. DO NOT OVER BOIL
