  • 200 grams Silken tofu
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp White flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

    Step 1
  • Wrap tofu in paper towels and microwave for 2 minutes. Place a weight on top to drain.
  • Step 2
  • Place the tofu (from step 1) and plain yogurt on a colander or sieve lined with a paper towel. Set aside for 30 minutes to an hour for further draining.
  • Step 3
  • Combine the mixture from step 2, cream cheese (brought to room temperature), honey, flour, eggs, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend thoroughly.
  • Step 4
  • Pour into a pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 170°C (338°F) preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • When done, remove from the pan.
  • Step 6
  • Serve as it is, or chill in the fridge first. Top with cream or fruits if you like.
