  • 2 Raw Mangoes
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Rock Salt
  • 4 tbsp Sugar

How to Make Refreshing Mango Panna

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Refreshing Mango Panna in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the leaf end of the raw mangoes and boil them in potable water upto 2 whistles of pressure cooker. If you do not have pressure cooker, boil till the mangoes are soft.
  • Step 2
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Step 3
  • Deskin the mangoes and squeeze the pulp into the boiled water itself.
  • Step 4
  • Mix it well and then strain it.
  • Step 5
  • Add sugar, salt, rock salt and cumin powder.
  • Step 6
  • Just before serving, fill 1/4 of the glass with that pulp and upto 1/2 with chilled water. Add ice cubes as per your liking.
  • Step 7
  • You may top it with mint leaves as per your liking.
  • Step 8
  • Note: In case you want to store it, add only sugar to the pulp and keep it in the refrigerator. Before serving add the rest of the ingredients.
