  • 1 tbsp ★Sake
  • 1 tsp ★Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 a thumbtip-sized knob Grated ginger
  • 1 Katakuriko slurry
  • 1 Katakuriko, flour

How to Make Refreshing Salmon with Thick Gingery Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Refreshing Salmon with Thick Gingery Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Marinate the salmon in the ☆ ingredients for 20 minutes. Remove the base from the shimeji mushrooms and shred. Julienne the carrot and green pepper.
