  • 1 pinch Katakuriko
  • 1 Vegetable oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Restaurant Salted Chicken Karaage in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and put into a plastic bag. Add the ☆ ingredients and massage into the chicken. Tie the bag closed and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
